Cancer Research UK is asking you to nominate a ‘Little Star’ this year, to help them celebrate the courage of children who have been sadly diagnosed with cancer. Held in partnership with TK Maxx, this is a great chance for friends and family to put forward their ‘Little Star’ for special recognition.
Each nominee will receive a –

- T Shirt
- Cuddly Bear
- Celebrity Signed Certificate
Plus the first 300 nominees will also receive a free £50 voucher for TK Maxx. All nominees must live in the UK and by under 18 on the closing date of 28th February 2011 to take part.
