Sponsor a Puppy Ivy

Ivy’s got everything: she’s bold, bright and bubbly, cute, confident and cuddly, and she even has some adorable quirks. Volunteer Puppy Trainer Heather explains: “Ivy loves to sleep under things – under the table, under your chair, under the desk, under the cupboard, under your feet, under your arm in your lap, or under her blanket.”

This ‘Sassy Lassy’ is inquisitive: she’ll have a look at anything new, circle round it, poke it with her paw and see if it wants to play with her, be it a twig, a broom, a chair, a coat, her brush, a pot, anything.

Will Ivy ever persuade a twig to play with her? Will she always love sleeping under things? How will her bold, bright and bubbly, cute, confident and cuddly nature help her along her training journey? And which deaf person’s life will she completely change?

Sponsor a Puppy George

There are lots of words that describe Gorgeous George: friendly, playful, curious, inquisitive, fearless, intelligent… the list goes on.

But what really sums George up is: happy! He’s happy wherever he goes, whatever he does. He was happy when he first moved in with his Volunteer Puppy Trainers Paula and Sean. They tell us: “He settled in immediately! He seemed very pleased and, after just a few hours, right at home.”

Since then, he’s just been a very happy chappy indeed. He’s amused himself by stealing unattended slippers. If there aren’t any slippers around, he finds it entertaining to steal flip flops instead. He’s quite content snoozing in his favourite place on the hardwood floor near the sofa or, a close second, on Sean.

How will George’s positive outlook help him throughout his training? What comes after ‘sit’ and ‘down’ as he progresses along his journey? And who will George eventually help to leave loneliness behind?

Sponsor A Puppy Grace

Joanne and Steve are Grace’s Volunteer Puppy Trainers, which means they have the pleasure of bringing her up. “She’s fearless,” says Steve. Joanne agrees. “She’s up for everything – and a tiny bit mischievous.”

Well, a tiny puppy suits being a tiny bit mischievous. Whether it’s stealing socks or snoozing behind the sofa, she’s so charming and cheeky that she gets away with it. She’s also very cute! She’s mostly black, but her paws, nose, chest and the tip of her little tail are all white, so she looks like she’s been dipped in white paint!

Will Grace always be cheeky, cheerful and charming? Or will she be cute, cuddly and calm? And which deaf person will she eventually help to live the full life they deserve?

Sponsor a Puppy Gifts

A great gift idea

Sometimes it is impossible to come up with the perfect gift idea for a friend or family member. If you want a gift idea that is guaranteed to make them smile, sponsor a hearing dog or guide dog for the blind. As soon as the person realises their gift is sponsorship of one of these little beauties they will be thrilled.

Less than a cup of coffee

It doesn’t cost a lot of money to sponsor a puppy throughout their training, in fact, it cost less than a cup of coffee per week. The money you spend will help train these animals to assist people with vision or hearing impairments and will change their lives.

Fantastic gift packs

When you sponsor a puppy the charity usually provides loads of stuff in return, ranging from regular updates on how your pup is doing and even gift packs filled with things you can enjoy. If you want to help change someone’s life today and get a bunch of lovely things whilst you are at it, sponsor a puppy as a gift.
