The NSPCC charity is amazingly celebrating its 125th birthday this May, so why not celebrate by ‘Stopping for Tea’ with friends and colleagues? This is a fantastic opportunity to help end cruelty to children whilst you and your friends, family and colleagues enjoy a cup of the nation’s favourite drink together.
Why not have afternoon tea with your friends and enjoy some finely cut cucumber sandwiches, or host a children’s tea party and invite your family and their children to the party with miniature tea sets and fairy cakes.
Simply ask for a small donation from each attendee to help raise funds for the NSPCC. You could even offer to make your colleagues a cup of tea and ask for tips. If I’d have thought of that in my office I could have raised millions by now!
